Do you deliver? Yes, we delivery within a 3 mile radius for only £2.50 (admin charge). Please call us with your address if you are unsure if you are within our delivery range as some exclusions do apply.
How long does a delivery take? We aim to deliver to our customers between 30-45 minutes. However during peak times, delivery can take as much as 2-3 hours.
When are your peak times? Friday and Saturday evenings are usually our busiest. However other days can also get very busy like holiday periods. Please call us to check our current situation.
Where is my meal? We apologise if your meal has not yet arrived. Whilst we always strive to deliver within the estimated time we give you but there can be delays, especially during peak times. Please give us a call and we can check on the status of your meal.
Can I place an order and collect? Yes, please call us and place your order. Our staff will give you an approximate time your meal should be ready to collect. Normally a meal would take around 15 minutes for collection, however during peak times it can take 30 minutes to an hour.
Can I order in advance? Yes, please call us and place your order, letting us know when you want to collect / have it delivered. We highly recommend placing large orders in advance.
Can I order online? We are currently not taking orders online. Please give us a call.
Why does no one answer the phone or it is always engaged? We do apologise, however, during peak times we have many customers who call or are in the shop. If we do not answer, we are likely serving a customer in the shop. If the line is engaged, we are taking an order from another customer. Please keep trying or alternatively come down to the shop.
I have food allergies / specific requirements, can you cater to me? We cook our food to order so please call and check what we can do or phone us if you are unsure,
ALLERGENS Our kitchen handles the following ingredients:
Cereals containing gluten;
GLUTEN Unfortunately we do not currently have gluten free dishes.
MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) We are able to cook meals without MSG. Please ask when ordering.
Something is wrong with my meal / order, what do I do? Please call us immediately and we will do our best to rectify any errors / problems. Do not use the contact form on this website for complaints about orders as it may not get resolved quickly and efficiently.
Another takeaway does "X" and "Y" dishes, but I can't see them on your menu Please call us and let us know what you're looking for. We can make some dishes that are not on our menu.
Do you open during holidays? Yes, we do not usually close for national holidays (apart from Christmas and New Years). However, we do usually close the shop for a few weeks once a year, we will update the website as soon the annual closing times are decided. Please contact us to confirm if we are open during the holidays.
Do you have any job vacancies? Please look at our jobs page where we try to keep it as up to date as possible but it's usually best if you pop over to the shop where we normally post signs up when we are looking for staff.
